7 day expedition;

REALLY NEED TO CHANGE. especially because i’m now in texas and hardly working out. i feel like i’m eating way too much of that ‘country home cooked’ shit, and not anything else. i need to stop this fat man’s diet. i need something other than american food. i need mexican food, indian food.
